✨ Please arrive 10 min early to your appointment
✨ Please complete the waiver & read Tips for use Infrared Sauna before your appointment
✨ Be sure to be well hydrated one hour before your sauna. Each person’s heat tolerance is different, but being properly hydrated will make it much more enjoyable.
✨ The optimal temperature is between 48-53 degrees. We recommend starting at 50 degrees and seeing how your body will respond.
✨ Our Sauna is large enough to comfortably fit 2 people.
✨ Our Sauna has bluetooth connectivity so you can bring your own music or listen to our music, please let us know whichever you prefer. There is also a space to rest an iPads as if you want to watch Netflix while you get your sauna.
✨ We provided Water / Towels / Wet towels / Private room / Bluetooth connectivity
✨ Avoid Caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants at least one hour prior to your Sauna.
✨ Avoid eating within an hour of your Sauna session.
✨ Avoid showering at least 30 min after your Sauna to experience the full benefit of the detoxification.
✨ You can bring Dry Brush / Loose clothing to put on after your session / Your favourite podcast, Netflix or book.

After your sauna session we provide warm/cold towels for you to freshen up in your private room. You’ll leave with a glowing complexion and improved skin texture.
*Taking a shower/bath immediately after a sauna session tends to increase perspiration as bathing opens the pores. We recommend waiting 30 minutes after your sauna session to shower. Your body may continue to sweat for 30 minutes after a sauna session, if you can, it is the best to wait until your body returns to its normal temperature.
What should I bring?
At Siam Balance, we’ve taken care of things so there’s no need bring anything specific for your appointment.
We provide still water to keep you hydrated, bathrobe, towels to freshen up in a private room.
*You are required to shower before you arrived. This is not just a rule of hygiene but prepare the skin with open pores. Oil and lotions tend to decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Apply these after session for best results.
What should I wear?
There’s no need to wear particular types of clothing to our studio. Come in your work attire, gym gear or casual clothes, the choice is yours!
If you have booked into a Sauna you are welcome to wear your own swimwear.
